SureSky takes full accountability for its own work. All three packages are in-house warranties, written and honoured by us through our network of certified roofing partners — not administered by a third party, and not dependent on anyone else picking up the phone. Full terms are provided in writing with every quote.
Essential is a clean, honest labour warranty with nothing padded onto it. The roof is installed to exactly the same standard as our other packages — the difference is term length and how far the coverage extends, not the quality of the work. It's the right choice for homes being prepared for sale, or anyone who simply wants the roof done properly without the long-tail coverage.
Plus is the package most families choose. It covers both the roof and the homeowner for 15 years and adds the two things that matter most in Alberta — a wind rating that holds up to 170 km/h with a reinforced install, and algae resistance that keeps the roof from streaking. Labour and disposal are included, so an eligible claim doesn't arrive with a surprise bill for tearing the old material off.
Our top-tier package is designed for homeowners who intend to stay in the house long-term. It extends coverage across the full expected service life of an asphalt shingle system, raises the wind rating to 210 km/h with a reinforced install, and can be transferred once if you sell within the first 15 years — which makes it something you can hand to a buyer rather than lose.
