See what your report includesA line-item written estimate with your material options and all three warranty packages priced out together, so you can see exactly what changes between them. Take your time with it — we don't do same-day-only pricing or pressure closes.
Our crew installs, protects your landscaping, and magnet-sweeps the property before leaving. We walk the finished roof with you and hand over your written warranty certificate the same day.

IKO asphalt shingles are our standard on most jobs, matched to Alberta's wind, hail and freeze-thaw conditions. Where a roof calls for a different material, we will specify and install what suits it.
SureSky offers three in-house warranty packages: Essential with a 10-year limited labour warranty, Plus with 15-year coverage, and Premium with 25-year coverage. Full terms are supplied in writing with every quote.
